Disana Boiled Wool Sleeping Bag - Winter

Warm boiled wool on the outside, extra-fine organic cotton on the inside. Disana boiled wool sleeping bag combines the best of both natural fibres. The outside, made of soft new boiled Merino wool, provides plenty of warmth without overheating. Wool is very good at balancing out the temperature; you are never too warm or too cold wearing it. An extra fine organic cotton lining on the inside allows the child to sleep in peace. Thanks to the long zip the front of the sleeping bag can be opened wide. This makes it easier to place your child inside when she is asleep. A priceless advantage for little ones after a long day of adventures, play and discovery. Disana's boiled wool sleeping bag are very soft to the touch, like a soft, felted pure wool blanket, it is available in a variety of colours and 3 sizes.

    Perfect for cooler weather

Posted by Anna on 20th Jun 2021

From fall to spring this is wonderful and the right amount of warmth- layered with just a shirt or with full pajamas in really cold weather. This is the only sleep sack that has been adequate at a stone family farmhouse in winter. Love it so much we’ve gifted these to others. Size 3 was not too big for our 14 month old girl and is still big enough to wear for a second year. Barely required washing given its wool.

    Disana Wool Sleep Sack

Posted by Shauna on 23rd Feb 2021

I ordered size 2 for my 7 month old and it is long enough for her to get many months of wear out of it. We like to keep our room cool at night and the cotton sleep sacks were not keeping her warm enough, so this wool/cotton combo is perfect. My only concern before ordering was that the zipper cover at the top is the same outer fabric (felted wool) and I worried it might irritate her neck or chin, but it's been fine.

    The Best Sleeping Sack

Posted by Katie on 16th Mar 2018

I am so happy I bought this for my son. We live in a drafty 1950’s build and it keeps my son warm all night. It’s incredibly high quality and something I’ll probably keep for his kids. Elegant fit as well and nice and long. I got the biggest size. Perfect product!

    Worth every dollar

I used this for my baby daughter from 6mos and loved it so much that I recently re-ordered the largest size so that she can continue to use for at least another year. It's a great product. Keeps my daughter toasty warm. Highly recommend.

Great product - The pictures don't do it justice

Posted by Unknown on 24th Nov 2015

This is a beautiful sleep sack, when it came I was very impressed. One modification I wish was made is snaps on the arm openings, my baby doesn't fill them out, and it would be nicer if there was an option to make the opening smaller. I would add that I went ahead and bought the biggest size for my baby instead of moving up in sizes. He's just over three months and it seems fine other than the large arm openings (good way to save money). I wish there were more pictures so you could get a better appreciation of the product you'll receive. I have this and a "Woolino" I think they are both pretty comparable products, however this one is probably warmer.

    Love it

We love our new sleeping bag! We especially love that it's made from natural fibers and warms our son without overheating him. The wool is soft and feels comfortable on the skin.
