    Good mittens

Posted by Lacey on 14th Oct 2024

I just got these and it's still early fall, so I haven't tested them in cold weather, but they are nice and soft and have the absolutely necessary connecting string, so I'm happy. I got the orange and it's very nice and bright - it should help me keep track of them, and it also compliments the blue-green "Pacific" color of the wool zipper suit I ordered with the mittens. They're a nice pop of contrasting colour.

    The perfect mittens

Posted by Cristina on 8th Dec 2019

Much like all the Disana products we own, these do not disappoint! Easy to put on babies hands and they keep them warm. Love the classic string attached as we can just leave them in her coats and never have to worry about misplacing one.

disana boiled wool is top notch

Posted by Unknown on 6th Oct 2016

Wool is great for its insulating properties and disana boiled wool will certainly keep my baby warm. I got the size one mitts for my 3 month old and they will last through the winter.

    Not used.

These are lovely mittens, the wool is beautiful and soft, the colours are vibrant and I wanted to love these but they are the most frustrating mittens I've ever dealt with. The string is too long for our 13 mon olds jackets and each mitten gets caught in everything hanging down all the time. The mitten wrist area is not stretchy (for obvious reasons) or big enough to put over the coat wrist but too big to but under the coat wrist and they slip off little hands. Maybe they're just too big still but I finally gave up and they sit in a basket looking pretty.

Sadly for me these turned out to be poorly made

Posted by kerry on 12th Jan 2015

I purchased these mitts along with a Disana hat for my daughter this season. I wanted something good quality that would last for another child (or two). I am pleased with the materials, the wool is nice and not at all scratchy. BUT, after just a couple months of wear the mitts started to split at the seams around the thumb in one mitt and in the cuff on the other. I am really shocked and disappointed that these were so poorly made.

Classic baby mitten that's easy to get on and warm! Just so cute and a lovely heirloom quality. Love all the disana items! We have the snow overalls to match too :)

    Soft and beautiful for baby

These mittens are perfect for my baby. I love that they come on a string as well so that they don't get lost.
